Ben Broughton

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Ben joined Paternoster at the start of 2025 and has been working closely with Tom and the rest of the team, building his skills and confidence rapidly.

He completed his undergraduate degree in history and philosophy at the University of Sussex, and a master’s degree at the University of York in Philosophy — with a stint at Sussex Students’ Union in between running the competitive sports programme. His MA dissertation focused on the experience of navigating major life changes, challenging dominant ideas in psychology.

Since joining Paternoster, Ben has worked across a number of different accounts and has led on media handling, advised clients on major transactions and helped handle various crisis projects. He also provides research and logistics support for the wider team.

Always up for an adventure, Ben has completed several skydives, half marathons and a charity boxing match.
